David Zwirner is seeking a highly motivated Content Delivery & Platform Support Intern for our Internship Program.

Primary responsibilities include:

Learning and supporting the business with key digital platforms such as davidzwirner.com and Braze (email creation).Monitoring of internal support channels via Slack, assisting content editors in their questions and triaging issues that may arise.Assistance in business communication around Functionality Releases and Fixes, participation in drafting comms strategy to keep key business stakeholders informed.Assistance in maintaining Training Documentation for key digital platforms, keeping up-to-date and assisting in training of new features/functionalities to stakeholders.Participate in stakeholder feedback sessions, gathering detail requests to communicate back to the product team, understanding priority rankings and helping take detailed documentation.Assisting in Project Planning of content roll-out for davidzwirner.com. Working with Marketing, Content, Sales to understand content calendar, draft a project plan and assist in overseeing timely task completion. Coordinating sign-offs and working with various stakeholders to ensure successful launch with minimal risk/stress.Helping to ensure content on davidzwirner.com is up to date, working with stakeholders and reviewing website for content Quality Assurance, ensuring inline with Governance requirements.Ad hoc support in creating, updating and maintaining content across platforms.Assistance in coordinating business QA, overseeing sign-offs and helping facilitate the feedback/learning process.

Fall internship runs from approximately September 3rd - December 13th. Hours are 10AM - 6PM. All interns are paid NYC minimum wage of $16/hour. Candidates must be residents of NY, NJ, or CT. Only qualified candidates will be contacted. Absolutely no calls or walk-ins please.
