About the team and what we'll build together

You'll be part of a dynamic B2B marketing team that is responsible for promoting Kobie's brand, products, and ultimately helping to grow sales. With a keen understanding of our market differentiators, market needs, the competitive landscape, we drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads, ensuring impactful results for the business. Our collaborative spirit, creative prowess, and focus on results make us a key asset in elevating Kobie's presence and cutting through the noise in a competitive loyalty market.

How you will make an impact

Reporting into the Director of Marketing, you will:Evolve Kobie's visual identity to ensure who we are and what we sell resonates with key audiences.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, feedback and distil complex concepts into a high impact visual that help effectively communicate ideas and messages.Translate high-level strategic direction into high-quality design within the established brand identity.Produce high-quality and high-impact presentations, marketing materials, and graphics for various mediums, including print and digital.Ensure that all design work aligns with the company's brand guidelines by deploying tools, templates and materials to maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials.What you need to be successful

Exceptional creativity and innovative design skillsThrive on problem solving in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentThree or more years of experience in professional graphic designExperience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, Keynote etc.Excellent communication and presentation skillsOrganizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStoryteller and Influencer:
