We’re building a high-performing design pod within the Core Product Excellence team to elevate client’s internal and executive storytelling. As the Sr. Visual Designer, you will play a central role in visualizing client’s product priorities and innovation roadmap, working hand-in-hand with a Creative Strategist and leadership to support product storytelling across high-visibility forums. From shaping the design of quarterly Board of Directors presentations to creating assets for VP Summits, All-Hands, and press-ready moments, you will bring clarity, creativity, and consistency to how we communicate client’s product strategy. You’ll help document operations and processes, create templates for repeatable workflows, and drive quality across all visual executions. This role is embedded in a product-centered design team that believes storytelling is strategy—and that great design can spark alignment, trust, and bold thinking. What you will accomplish:
Design clear, high-impact visuals that articulate client’s product vision, roadmap, and strategic bets, supporting presentations, landing pages, product narratives, and more. Partner with the Creative Strategist to translate leadership themes into compelling visual storytelling, from concepts and frameworks to polished, executive-ready materials. Create cohesive decks and design systems for Board of Directors meetings, Global All-Hands, Core Product All-Hands, and VP forums. Support internal launches and moments critical to business growth, helping align product storytelling across internal channels. Develop and maintain a visual playbook and design templates to improve efficiency and scalability across projects. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Comms, and Marketing to ensure alignment, brand consistency, and narrative clarity. What you will bring:
6+ years of experience in visual communication or product design, with a strong portfolio of executive storytelling, brand design, and product-centric narratives. Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote/Google Slides, and a strong grasp of how visuals drive understanding in product strategy. Motion design is a plus. Ability to distill complex ideas and data into clear visual metaphors, diagrams, and slide narratives. Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for typography, composition, and brand consistency. Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with direct engagement from senior stakeholders. Pacific Time Zone availability required; preference for candidates located in Portland, San Francisco, or San Jose.
