Overview of Position:

The Senior Marketing Director is the key marketing contact for the flagship product suite at Corebridge Financial. This position will work with sales, strategic accounts, product development and product management daily on all product related content, tools, and communications. The position requires a senior level marketer to effectively manage the content creation process and to be able to have constructive calls, real-time, to discuss positioning and other marketing related items as they arise. The position also facilitates compliance, product management, actuarial and creative reviews, and approvals.

The Senior Marketing Director position requires a unique blend of creative thinking, tactical execution and strong communication and writing skills. The Senior Marketing Director plays an instrumental role in helping Corebridge Financial develop and execute strategic marketing plans to meet the annual sales goals

ResponsibilitiesManage and execute strategic marketing plans, with specific focus on annuity products (Index and Fixed).Lead the development and management of digital tools used in the annuity evaluation and sales process, including product-specific as well as value-add calculatorsCo-create and implement results-oriented marketing, communication, and product promotions across digital and print media while collaborating with the sales team and product management.Collaboratively write and edit customer and advisor facing content (including product marketing copy and required disclosures) to simplify and present complex concepts into a finished format across print & digital media.Manage inventory of core and key materials related to the annuity product line to maximize cost savings while maintaining quality standards and wholesaler & agent access to a wide variety of marketing materials.Manage specific aspects of marketing budget related to product line.Provide direction to creative partners in the development and execution of marketing materials.What you need to know

BS degree required; MBA preferred.10+ years of professional marketing experience; experience marketing annuities required.Knowledge of Annuity products required.Solid understanding of financial services products.Highly self-directed and motivated with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and an ability to work in collaboration with other business unites.Strong writing and communication skillsDemonstrated success in project management, from conception through planning and implementation, with experience in implementing marketing programs across multiple channels and media.Ability to cope with change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Highly proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPointWhat our employees like most about working for Corebridge Financial Life & Retirement

For positions based in Woodland Hills, CA, the base salary range is $130,000-$150,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
