We are seeking an entry-level Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team.
Our In-House Sales & Marketing Assistants provide opportunities for our customers to see their dream home by carrying out the following duties:
Walking Spec homes to ensure proper cleanliness of the house.Maintain model home appearance for visitors.Update signage as needed and ensure that it is correctly placed.Assist sales agents with scheduling appointments, showing homes, and answering questions.Assist sales agents with marketing and lead generation via social media, online, and in-person marketing.
