Suvoda is a global clinical trial technology company shaping digital experiences that enable clinical trial sponsors and site professionals to take full command over the inherent logistical complexity behind mission-critical and time-sensitive patient interactions in life-sustaining studies for therapeutic areas such as oncology, central nervous system, and rare disease.

Supporting clinical trials means supporting unique experiments that are inherently complex, high-stakes, and dynamic. It is imperative that Suvoda staff working with clients, end-users, or the systems that clients and end-users interact with understand the clinical trial industry, regulations, Suvoda's software products and processes, and especially the specificities of the unique trial in question before taking any actions they may alter the data of the system in question.

Responsibilities:Work on a cross-functional project team responsible for the execution and delivery of eCOA (electronic clinical outcome assessments) solutionsDesign each eCOA solution to meet the study requirements based on the clinical protocols, the Suvoda proposal/executed work order, and discussions with the clientAccurately and completely document all requirements in the specification template(s)Lead the internal team review of the draft specifications; main point of contact for the internal team for all eCOA design-related questions throughout the build processLead the client review of the eCOA specifications and supporting documents, making any required updates and obtaining both client and internal approval by the agreed upon milestone dateResponsible for the UAT plan, test scripts, and coordinate all required data setup for client UATPrimary point of contact for design questions (internally and externally) during the system build processLead client UAT of the eCOA system, tracking any required fixes or updates; work with the project manager to determine timelines for any system updates requiredSupport any re-design of the eCOA system or implementation of new features in an IRT system during the maintenance periodIdentify and assist with the implementation of process improvements for the services departmentDevelop best practices for eCOA design functions at Suvoda, by refining the processes, tools, and best practices for the implementation and support of Suvoda's eCOA productWork closely with Suvoda's delivery teams to provide consultation and guidance on solution design, project delivery, and operational maintenance of Suvoda's eCOA studiesPerform other related duties as requiredRequirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredInterpersonal and communication skillsTime management and organizational skillsAnalytical and systematic thinking abilityCreative problem solvingAbility to understand technical details and translate them to non-technical usersAttention to detailRole Levels and Experience:

At least three years of experience with project management and at least one year of experience with design in eCOA in a Software as a Service (SaaS) industry
