ESC's premier client is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead and optimize their email and push channel strategies on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, possess advanced analytical skills, and demonstrate exceptional communication abilities. This role involves building, QA, and analyzing US email and push campaigns, developing targeting strategies, and maximizing send volume through calendar optimizations and re-sends of performant campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Provide governance over email and push channels worldwide.Analyze and report on US email and push campaign performance.Build and execute US email and push campaigns.Perform QA on US email and push campaigns to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.Develop and execute targeting strategies for email and push campaigns.Manage calendar optimizations and re-sends of high-performing campaigns to maximize send volume.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.5+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, push, on-device/mobile, and/or display.Proficiency in Excel, including VLookups, Pivot tables, and other advanced functionalities for data analysis.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating with senior management.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing large-scale email and push marketing programs.Experience with A/B or multivariate testing.Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.1+ years of experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data.Proficiency with analytics tools.High attention to detail and high standards.Confident, self-motivated individual with a strong bias for action.Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
