Job Summary:

The LinkedIn LinkedIn Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that engage and resonate with our target audience of potential clients and candidates. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing LinkedIn campaigns, creating high-quality digital marketing materials, and maintaining an active and engaging social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:Develop, implement, and manage LinkedIn and X/Twitter marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.Utilize LinkedIn products such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Ads to optimize campaign performance and reach.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Content Creation:

Design and produce digital marketing materials including logos, flyers, brochures, and timeline content that align with our brand and marketing objectives.Create compelling and relevant content for LinkedIn and X/Twitter that attracts and engages our target audience.Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital platforms.Social Media Management:

Maintain and grow our LinkedIn and X/Twitter presence by regularly posting updates, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and inquiries.Develop and execute a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts that drive engagement and interaction.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and apply them to our strategies.Client and Candidate Engagement:

Work closely with the business development and recruiting teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that attract potential clients and candidates.Develop strategies to highlight our success stories, client testimonials, and candidate experiences on social media platforms.Engage with industry influencers and thought leaders on LinkedIn and X/Twitter to expand our network and visibility.Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance, social media metrics, and marketing ROI.Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize future marketing efforts.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with LinkedIn products such as Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Ads.Proven experience managing successful LinkedIn and X/Twitter marketing campaigns.Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus.
