Job Description:
This role creates purchase orders, supports data entry, pays attention to detail, and does some bookkeeping duties.
This is a part time position and can be work from home.
They must be reliable.
Extremely detail oriented
Basic accounting familiarity with debits/credits and some math Organized
Basic familiarity with Excel and using basic Excel formulas
Reliable and trust worthy with a remote work location. Available when needed via Teams chats or phone calls.
Must be ok with data entry and monotonous duties.
Willingness to take on more responsibility if needed or serve as a back-up for coworkers.
Able to work in a quick environment and finish tasks in a timely manner.
There is not a lot of social interaction with this position. Must be self-motivated and able to self-manage to get tasks done.
