Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP of Marketing to lead our marketing org who will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing digital, brand and product marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the cryptocurrency and digital assets space and a deep understanding of driving customer acquisition and fostering brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.

Continuously assess market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.

Lead the development and management of the company's brand identity.

Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

Oversee digital marketing campaigns, encompassing social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.

Optimize customer acquisition through digital channels and track key performance metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to create compelling digital content

Develop product marketing strategies across product verticals

Drive product launches and promotions, ensuring successful market penetration.

Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across business verticals.

Utilize data analytics to track the success of marketing campaigns and product launches.

Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on marketing and product performance.

Ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines.

Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, including budget allocation for product marketing initiatives.

Allocate resources efficiently to achieve marketing and product goals.

Lead a global team and create a winning culture that celebrates success and holds the team accountable to deliverables

Qualifications :

Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the digital assets or cryptocurrency industry.

Ideally, an in-depth knowledge of the digital assets and blockchain space.

Experience with a late stage startup - understanding the marketing strategy to take a company through an exit is a plus

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on brand and product excellence.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in marketing analytics and relevant tools.

Familiarity with cryptocurrency compliance and regulatory considerations.

Experience managing agency relationships

Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving industry.

Pay Transparency Notice:

Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $230,000 - $275,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role's package.
