VP of Marketing , you will lead
all aspects of marketing , with an emphasis on
demand generation, revenue growth, and customer acquisition . You will own
pipeline creation , ensuring
B2B (practices)
and
B2C (patients)
are
acquiring, converting, and transacting
through RepeatMD's platform. This role requires an operator, someone who is data-obsessed and proven in scaling marketing engines. You will build and oversee a performance-driven marketing team, integrating product marketing, growth, lifecycle marketing, and brand into one cohesive strategy. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Revenue Growth
Own full-funnel marketing strategy for both B2B2C acquisition and retention, ensuring high practice adoption and patient activation. Build and scale multi-channel acquisition campaigns (paid, organic, referral, and lifecycle). Develop B2B demand gen programs (SEO, PPC, email, outbound, partnerships) to fuel practice adoption and expansion. Drive B2C demand gen initiatives (social, influencer, affiliate, referral) to activate patients within the platform. Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion rates across both practice and patient acquisition funnels. Marketing Leadership & Team Building
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance marketing team, with expertise in growth, product marketing, brand, and content. Align marketing strategy with sales, product, and customer success, ensuring unified execution. Establish a data-first culture, ensuring KPIs are clearly defined, tracked, and optimized. Brand & Product Marketing
Define and refine RepeatMD's category positioning within MedCommerce to drive market leadership. Oversee product marketing, ensuring seamless feature launches, sales enablement, and messaging clarity. Build and scale a content strategy that fuels demand, educates practices, and nurtures patients. Marketing Technology & Analytics
Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, attribution platforms). Implement marketing automation, lead scoring, and nurture workflows to drive conversion efficiency. Leverage data analytics and attribution modeling to inform decision-making and spend allocation. Events & Partnerships
Oversee RepeatMD's event strategy, including in-person sponsorships, regional dinners, and virtual events to drive high-intent lead generation. Develop strategic partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and affiliates to amplify brand reach. Who You Are Must-Have Experience B2B2C Growth Marketing Expertise
– You've scaled marketing at a high-growth SaaS company that targets
businesses (B2B)
while also driving
consumer (B2C) demand . Demand Gen Leadership
– You have
10+ years of experience
in
demand gen, performance marketing, and revenue marketing . SaaS & Marketplace GTM Experience
– You understand
multi-sided marketplaces
and have built acquisition strategies for
both sides of the funnel . Data-Driven & Analytical
– You live in dashboards, measure
CAC, LTV, ROAS, pipeline velocity , and use insights to
optimize and scale . Proven Revenue Impact
– You've owned and
scaled revenue-driving marketing
programs with direct impact on
pipeline and growth . Team Leadership
– You've built, scaled, and managed
high-performing marketing teams
across
growth, content, brand, and product marketing . Fast-Paced Execution
– You operate with
urgency, bias for action, and a test-and-learn mindset
