Managing Partner, Global Recruiters of Bentonville
Aerospace & Defense experience required. World leader in the design and delivery of state-of-the-art systems to ensure microwave communications devices work effectively. These systems support the development of next-generation products including satellites, radar, radar cross section, radome testing, and other wireless communications applications.
We are seeking a talented Systems Engineer with a strong background in microwave and wireless design and testing to lead projects and deliver world-class systems to our customers.
The Systems Engineer plays a key role in understanding customer needs, translating them into technical requirements, and developing cost-effective solutions. The engineer will collaborate closely with customers, the Business Office, and Engineering teams to create solutions that offer the best value.
This role requires coordination of multidisciplinary teams to deliver systems for microwave measurement of test items such as antennas and radomes used in radar, communications, satellite data transfer, and related fields.
Required Skills:
- Ability to integrate diverse RF/Microwave specifications with mechanical design processes for complex system solutions
- Strong analytical skills for understanding and solving complex technical problems
- Hands-on electro-mechanical system implementation experience in lab, factory, and site environments
- Expertise in microwave antenna design and testing
- Experience with system design, data processing, and analysis
- Experience with proposals and customer interactions
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
Travel requirement: approximately 20% domestically and internationally.
Must be able to obtain or hold a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- RF system design and specification interpretation, microwave communications
- Hands-on experience with antenna test ranges
- Knowledge of mechanical positioning systems
- Familiarity with MATLAB, GRASP, HFSS, and other analytical tools
Experience Level: 3+ years of relevant industry experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required; Master's preferred
