Job Description:

As a Production Studio Manager at High Scale, you will be responsible for overseeing our state-of-the-art 25,000 square foot production facility. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills. You should have knowledge of gear, art department, and production coordination, as well as the ability to come up with ideas to optimize studio space.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about operations and production that can elevate our studio and productions to the highest level.Salary: 80.000 USD/YearKey Responsibilities:

Facility Management: Oversee our 25,000 square foot production facility, ensuring it's always primed for groundbreaking content creation for social media and TV.Team Support: Provide crucial support to the production team, fostering a culture of creativity, efficiency, and adaptability.Client Experience Enhancement: Elevate our studio's appeal to clients, making High Scale the go-to choice for high-quality content production.Operational Excellence: Orchestrate seamless production workflows, from pre-production planning to final delivery.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Creative and Post Production teams to ensure studio capabilities align with ongoing project needs.Oversee the studio team and maintain a culture of excellence.Maintain studio organization and ensure its continued efficiency.Proactively solve problems as they arise.Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Plan ahead and coordinate with various stakeholders to meet studio tasks and needs.Generate ideas on how to optimize studio space for maximum efficiency.Prepare for each month by checking inventory and setting up studio spaces.Demonstrate proficiency with tools and small builds.Confidently guide crews throughout the studio space and provide necessary support.Act as the main advocate for the studio space and its needs.Qualifications:

1-3 years experience in studio management or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of gear, art department, and production coordination.Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain an orderly workspace.Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proven experience in planning and coordination.Familiarity with video production equipment and processes is a must.Hands-on experience with tools and small builds.Confidence in providing guidance and support to production crews.Qualities:
