As a Senior Designer you will collaborate with stakeholders to create user-friendly, visually stunning web experiences. You will have the opportunity to shape the visual identity and first company impressions of musicians around the world. This role is not just about designing a website; it’s about crafting a digital experience that translates our mission and inspires our users. You’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to push the boundaries of what’s possible in music-making, working closely with a team of passionate and talented individuals who are dedicated to making a unique impact in the music industry at a crucial time.How you'll add value:Shape and expand Output’s website through user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and visual design.Create an intuitive and informative web experience that showcases Output’s products and leads visitors toward making a purchase. This includes our online presence and checkout experience. Your designs will be key in engaging potential customers and driving conversions.Have relentless attention to detail that leads to shipping pixel-perfect UI.Partner with designers, product managers, engineers, marketers, and others in the organization to help evolve the website.Facilitate and participate in user research and testing. You’ll use the synthesis of this work to continually evolve this experience to be above and beyond best in class.Help inspire and elevate the design team. This includes helping guide and mentor our designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.What you'll need to be successful in this role:6+ years of proven web design experience in fast-paced environments.A compelling portfolio showcasing high-quality design work, demonstrating the ability to create engaging and user-friendly web experiences.A strong, opinionated design perspective, open to constructive input.Extensive experience in systems-level thinking with the ability to create scalable solutions through component-based designs that are modular and reusable across multiple areas of a website.A track record of close collaboration with engineers and cross-functional teams.Ability to dissect complex problems and craft intuitive design solutions.Self-starter mentality with a penchant for seeing projects through.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Protopie, Photoshop, After Effects, Jira, and others.A perpetually curious mindset.Additional
