You will conceptualize, strategize, implement and lead both artist and corporate media and marketing initiatives for Human Re Sources. This position is based with our LA based team.What you'll do

Own and manage key relationships that contribute to successful social media and digitalmarketing campaigns on behalf of Human Re Sources and its artists.Write and edit marketing content (i.e. ads, newsletters, blogs, emails, social media,presentations and digital campaign proposals).Construct advertising copy and social media call-out efforts.Work collaboratively to build campaigns that encompass strategic streaming, digital mediaand digital marketing operational roll outs and drive lasting fan engagement.Cultivate promotional relationships with brand agencies and non-profit organizations.Oversee creation of digital media and digital marketing materials.Conceptualize and oversee creation of content for artists’ YouTube, socials and mediapremieres.Maintain relationships with third party companies like digital agencies or creative productionpartners.Who you are

4-6 years’ of experience working in a strategic artist and brand development capacity at amarketing, music, or entertainment companyStrong communication skills and a proven track record of communicating a vision androadmap along with the resourcing needs to achieve it; ability to operate successfully in across-functional environment, build relationships, and influence managersAbility to build strategic plans and execute against them within quantitative modeling,strategic thinking, and sound business judgmentPrior experience presenting to executives and senior leadershipStrong project management skills, including the ability to think end-to-end, managelong-term projects, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and manage teamsWhere You’ll Be
