Position: Publicity Director at Alamo and Santa Anna You will develop and execute publicity strategies for our artists across all media formats. The role requires blending press narratives and innovative ideas with marketing campaigns, balancing music marketing expertise with attention to detail, and managing multiple projects effectively. Responsibilities:
Create and manage national publicity campaigns for artists, including TV appearances, print, digital content, podcasts, and social media. Design publicity campaigns to enhance artist narratives and audience growth. Build and maintain relationships with media decision-makers and tastemakers. Manage projects and relationships with artists, managers, and internal teams (marketing, digital, A&R). Coordinate coverage for performances, photo shoots, events, and award shows, preparing talent and media for interviews. Attend and cover shows, events, and company functions as needed. Write and distribute press materials such as bios, press releases, and quote sheets. Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of publicity/media relations or digital music industry experience. Strong media contacts across music, lifestyle, and fashion sectors. Knowledge of the media industry and key players. Deep understanding of music culture and current events. Ability to generate creative, buzzworthy publicity ideas. What We Offer:
