While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire (you?!) this role does require that you be based within +6 / -3 UTC.Reporting to our SVP of Marketing, we are looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Director who can lead and grow a team of 4 senior ICs and build an innovative product marketing strategy to advance our differentiation while increasing monetization through multi-product go-to-market strategies.What you'll do…

Coach, mentor, and expand a team of senior and lead product marketers.Define the team's strategy, budget, hiring and OKR's.Own our market and competitive intelligence plus product messaging and positioning to set new and existing products apart from the competition.Drive go-to-market strategy for new products and solutions in close partnership with Product, Marketing, and Sales and oversee execution with a stellar team of PMMs.Spearhead sales enablement strategy, including solution briefs, presentations, battle cards, data sheets, whitepapers, and sales playbooks.Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team to facilitate the selling process.Drive pricing strategy and execution in close partnership with the Executive, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.Strive for a “one-team” approach with Product, Sales and Marketing.Core requirements

10+ years in product marketing within B2B SaaS with a history of successful product launches and market growth initiatives.5+ years in leadership roles leading, coaching, and building high-performing Product Marketing teams.4+ years proven track record in crafting effective and innovative go-to-market strategies in a B2B SaaS
