This position involves leading a team of UX designers, collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders, and ensuring design consistency and excellence across multiple projects.Overview

The Principal User Experience Web Designer works cross-functionally and collaboratively to design the graphical user interface and experience for applications and websites, guiding developers through fulfilling the design experience.

Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience..• Expertise in UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user.• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

Preferred Qualifications• Experience in the energy or utility sector.• Familiarity with Desing Thinking and Agile development processes.• Certification in UX design or related disciplines.• Process Improvements Six Sigma Certifications a plus.Job Overview This job is responsible for creating great user experiences on the web and other digital channels.
