We are seeking a strong

Senior Director, Product Marketing

to join our marketing organization and help further optimize and drive our go-to-market strategy. A leader who has built successful GTM motions and understands the cross-functional steps between product, engineering, PMMs, marketing, sales, and customer success. We have an incredible product, maybe even the best, and we need the right product marketer to help us tell that story.

Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.You will collaborate with the broader marketing team, specifically the growth team, on campaign strategies to ensure your product is hitting revenue targets. We are looking for an excellent storyteller to create product messaging and positioning that redefines industry expectations and communicates the benefits of our advancements in technology. This includes doing deep customer, competitor, and market research and translating this into compelling messaging, buyer personas, sales decks, and more.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will serve as the subject matter expert for the product, both internally and externally. Approaching business problems in a data-driven and structured manner is a fundamental aspect of this role. We want to see the strategy and effectiveness of this team only continue to grow under the strategic guidance of the product and industry aficionado.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker capable of guiding competitive positioning and strategy; while thinking two steps ahead of industry trends. This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader who is comfortable with translating multiple use cases and personas, comfortable working with SaaS products, hardware products, thrives in turning compelling product stories into content, collaborating with the product team, and helping to organize and manage our product launches, prepare materials to train our GTM teams on the latest Netradyne use cases, and much more.

About You:

You thrive in a start-up style environment, can navigate ambiguity, and take the bull by the horns to get things done, but understand the growth requirements of a late-stage, pre-IPO company. We need a highly motivated self-starter who is able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Biased towards action, you are results-oriented and data-driven and excited about problem-solving and working cross-functionally.

What You'll Do:

Define, manage, and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing product initiatives including: audience definition, product positioning, comms architecture, and launch strategy.

Develop clear positioning and messaging around our key products and features - develop a compelling narrative and value proposition for Company’s products and communicate our competitive edge.

Equip our sales teams to win more deals with messaging, sales strategies, materials, tools, and market knowledge in partnership with sales enablement.

Be the product owner and work with growth and demand generation teams to coordinate campaigns that exceed revenue goals.

Work with customer success to serve as the SME and assist them in developing campaigns to influence cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Be the common thread between Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales/CS.

Distill complex competitive information into simple, persuasive, and accurate messaging.

Conduct customer and persona research for various initiatives.

Work closely with industry experts to ensure effective thought leadership and ongoing relevance in the market.

Lead product launches in partnership with cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For:

8+ years of marketing experience, preferably with 5+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space.

Out-of-the-box thinker ready to get creative and take risks in building a strong product led revenue engine.

Track record with a modern marketing mix.

Has developed value-based narratives, and created thought leadership.

Uses data and research to back recommendations and decisions.

Proven successful experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, enablement, product, and more.

Strong project management skills.

Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Stand out verbal and written communication skills.

Previous start-up experience is a huge plus.

Economic Package Includes:

Salary $200,000 - $240,000
