WE WELCOME REMOTE U.S. BASED CANDIDATESJob Description We're looking for an Associate Director, Mobile App Marketing to develop best in class strategies and management of Mobile and App-based performance marketing accounts. Reporting to the Director of Mobile App, you will provide leadership across the business and partner with other channels and cross-functional teams to provide an integrated response to mobile and app marketing goals. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience scaling mobile app growth. We ask that you have expertise running multi-channel app campaigns with analytical rigor, ability to connect goals to results and curiosity to pursue client growth.Key Accountabilities:Develop and author overall team strategy and approach to mobile app campaign management, in cooperation with VP/Director of Mobile App and the Performance Marketing Teams.Lead growth marketing strategies, planning, execution, campaign management, and performance-based measurements (including subscription funnel data) for the Shift mobile app to boost installs, users, and revenue.Fluency and expertise in implementation of all aspects of multi-channel marketing including SEM, Apple App Store, and paid advertising via mobile networks, influencer campaigns, AdWords, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, using audience and device targeting, remarketing, conversion tracking, display, and other tactics.Track and measure campaign success, providing performance analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns, iterating to optimize performance and results based on data and insightsImmerses selfin clients' business: understanding their goals, external economic environment, industries; also know their business model, how it is performing and what success looks like.Qualifications

You Have:4-6+ years of experience with portion of time dedicated to managing Mobile App performance marketing campaignsExperience delivering customer acquisition growth and optimization across all main mobile app metricsKnowledge of Mobile App space, performance marketing, market development and trendsExperience with how Mobile App intersects across channel teams - Paid Search / SEM, Display Media, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliate, Social and AttributionHands-on experience leading app analytic tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, Localytics, SensorTower and/or othersBroad range of experience managing across verticals and direct response/branded campaignsAdditional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
