The salary range is $95,000 – $130,000 depending on experience.What you will do:Work in all project phases.Provide technical leadership and mentorshipManage project teams internally to meet project scope, schedule, and budgetLead teams in the production and coordination of design and construction documentsWork in Revit to produce design and construction drawingsCommunicate and coordinate work with colleagues, consultants, and clientsYour Qualifications:At least 10 years’ experience in architectural practice is preferred.Experience in all phases of design and construction administrationHave strong design and technical skills, and familiarity with sustainable strategies and LEED documentationDemonstrated ability to successfully lead project teams and internally manage project schedule, budget, and workflowPerform document quality reviews and follow through with team membersBe an approachable and effective communicatorHave strong graphic, written and oral communication skillsBe able to work constructively with clientsSolid working knowledge of the IBC, CBC, ABA, and ADASkilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe, SketchUp and MS OfficeBe a creative problem solver who enjoys working on a diverse range of exciting projectsCompany/Organization Description At ARG, we design for the present as well as preserve the past. We work in a wide variety of sectors and building types including multi-family, hospitality, national and state parks, cultural and performing arts, higher education, and civic projects. We design new buildings in sensitive historic and natural settings, and work in the adaptive reuse and preservation of older ones. These buildings can be tied to a particular place and time, culture, or architectural movement. In our practice, we draw strongly from the sense of place, and we see how history comes alive in the buildings we work to renew.ARG supports and encourages staff development, including AXP and support for taking the ARE.
