The Position:

If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.The Sr. Growth Marketing Manager will have a high visibility role of owning individual campaigns end-to-end, focusing on integrated campaigns, paid media, organic traffic generation, content strategy, community & social, CRO (web design & development), and full-funnel digital marketing. This person will own the biggest opportunity in the company: growing our top-of-funnel, while making sure it converts to pipeline and ARR.

Netradyne’s growth team enables team members to quarterback campaigns with full autonomy so they maintain ownership and success of the campaign. This person will work closely with the product marketing team to understand how to position differentiators and leverage key, compelling content to scale funnel growth.

This role will report directly to the VP of Growth and will work with other top executives across the company to develop demand creation and demand generation strategies that fuel consistent quarter-over-quarter growth.

Responsibilities:

Be the CEO of your campaigns to drive key business metrics (web traffic, MQAs, MQLs, SALs, Opportunities, conversion rates, CAC, and CAC payback period)

Own pipeline for your ABM-focused campaigns and partner closely with sales leadership on pipeline generation strategies

Work across multiple channels: Paid ads, Social, Email, Live Events, Webinars, Website, Direct Mail, and Sponsorships.

Be incredibly analytical and metrics driven - obsess over reporting and data

Be incredibly prescriptive with process to achieve scale and repeatable results

Work closely with product marketing and content marketing to help develop fully integrated campaigns aligned to key audiences at different stages of the funnel

Analyze full-funnel data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to determine investment decisions (channels, campaigns, and programs), extract key insights, and recommend actions

Understand and scrutinize our funnel, working closely with marketing operations to find leaks and suggest improvements for attribution

Regularly report to leadership on performance against goals and OKRs

Develop a broad understanding of the market landscape and identify key areas of competitive difference and disruptive opportunities.

Skills & Experience:

Have 8+ years of experience in growth marketing and demand generation

Have a deep understanding of ABM and integrated marketing campaigns

Have experience building scalable and repeatable growth models and process

Deep understanding of reporting and campaign management across multiple channels

Have a deep understanding of segmentation and driving growth in new verticals and new geographies

Have worked for companies at similar growth funding stages (series D) or $150M+ ARR

A vast knowledge of leveraging data to quickly identify opportunities for growth and to prove which growth strategies are the best path forward.
