Apply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity.As a Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that drive meaningful relationships with our B2C prospects and customers. The incumbent will be both creative and well-versed in a wide variety of marketing areas, including content, community, and lifecycle marketing.The Director of Marketing will lead in the development, implementation, and execution of specific marketing plans. Responsibilities include building and implementing marketing programs, monitoring customer needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives.This individual must be a “player coach” and be prepared to be a strategic leader and execute on the strategy when needed. The Director of Marketing will initially have at least 1 direct report and will be responsible for building a best-in-class marketing team to support the growth of this business.Qualifications:

Expertise in building engaging online communities and creating content marketing based on data and research.Advanced writing and editing skills, with a high bar for quality.A collaborative approach, teaming across functions and with partners.Experience repurposing existing content into new content types for diverse channels.An understanding of modern CMS and UX; ability to supervise content creation on AEM, WordPress, etc.Experience setting and measuring performance against content and channel metrics.Detailed knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends, including SEO, funnel analytics, community management, etc.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.Excellent aptitude for detail and analytical skills.Bachelor’s Degree is required; a master’s degree in marketing or an MBA is preferred.10+ years of marketing experience at a successful consumer education technology brand.ETS believes in a Total Rewards philosophy for our employees, which includes:Health, Vision, Dental insurance plans to choose from.Generous continuous learning support, including individual learning grants and up to 6 classes a year for tuition reimbursement.Generous PTO and vacation time to balance work and life.Additional 8 hours of PTO for volunteer work.Retirement plan (401(a)) and traditional Roth (403b) with company contribution.Commuter Benefits, Pet Insurance, and a 1-year subscription to the Calm App.ETS is mission-driven and action-oriented.Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are at the forefront of ETS employees' daily work.
