We are seeking a dynamic and creative

Office Administrator

with a specialization in

Communications and Projects (events)

to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the heartbeat of our office environment, ensuring smooth operations while also bringing our communications and visual presentations to life. Your expertise in administrative support, coupled with your passion for crafting compelling messages and eye-catching graphics, will play a crucial role in our daily operations and branding efforts. In this position, you will:

Develop and implement human resources communication strategies, including internal and external communications.Designed and produced graphic materials for presentations, reports, and marketing collateral. Will understand the BrightKey brand and use the BrightKey style Guide.Participate and organize events that are designed to increase employee morale and engagement. Will coordinate with different departments to gather information and manage projects.Oversee the distribution of internal communication materials, such as flyers, emails, and posters.Provide administrative support for scheduling meetings and organizing events, as well as updating employee records, including filing.Edit and proofread written materials to ensure accuracy and consistency in brand messaging.Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and tools through analytics and feedback and recommend improvements.Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Needed capabilities

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role with responsibilities in communications and graphic designProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google WorkspaceAdvanced knowledge of graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to create and edit written content for internal and external communication materialsExperience with social media management and content creationStrong organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasksDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Experience coordinating and supporting event planning and execution.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientationWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in communications and graphic design.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with staff at all levels.Capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously.BrightKey'
