As a Digital Advertising Business Analyst, you will be supporting the Americas Regional Program Management Team. This team is a part of Connected Aviation which connects aviation community stakeholders and airlines with intelligent data service solutions to enable the connected aviation ecosystem. As part of this role, you will help lead digital advertising operations by operating, improving, and optimizing advertising delivery for B2C properties which support and deliver over 400 million monthly ad impressions. You will also provide business insights and support to help drive growth in other Flight Aware products.

What You Will Do:
- You will work onsite in Annapolis, MD
- Manage and optimize billing processes and revenue for direct sale campaigns and advertising networks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with advertising networks across web and mobile channels, including onboarding new partners.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on digital advertising trends to support sales and inform yield optimization.
- Update ad-serving technology to accommodate new formats (e.g., video) as industry trends evolve.
- Implement strategies to minimize the impact of undesirable network ads on user experience.
- Assist with monthly P&L reporting and customer opportunity assessments.
- Support additional Flight Aware product bid proposals by developing pricing structures that balance customer needs with revenue growth.
- Act as a liaison between sales, program management, external vendors, and customers.
- Prepare customer reports, track purchase orders, and review expenditures for accuracy.
- Support business planning, analyze key issues, and coordinate follow-ups with program managers.
- Oversee project coordination and take on ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
- Experience with Google Ad Manager
- Experience with internet advertising
- Experience with AdBook and/or Freestar a plus.
- Experience with software scripting in any language in support of automation.

The salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
