The SVP, Organization Design and Governance Advisor is part of the Organization Design and Governance team in Enterprise Workforce Management. The primary focus of this role is to support our partners in the Businesses and Functions in the evaluation of the current organization structures, and monitoring, remediation and reporting of organizational health metrics. Organization design is a key strategic lever to realize simplification and clarify accountabilities during large scale change and transformation. This role will workclosely with HR and business/functionleaders ensuring that the design and structure of the organization aligns to their strategy, transformation objectives and organizational health principles including size, shape, skill mix and location.Responsibilities:Monitor and report on organizational health principles and metrics across the enterpriseIdentify organizational health metric outliers and develop remediation plans partnering with our stakeholders in HR and the Businesses/FunctionsPartner with our solutions and technology teams to enable technology and reporting solutionsPrepare presentations for monitoring of metrics and action plans utilizing reporting and dashboardsProvide data analytics and insights for data driven organization design and job architecture decisions and actionsDesign, develop and implement organization design standards, procedures, controls and playbooksAnalyze organization structures and make recommendations to drive optimal organization size, shape and skill mixProvide organization design enablement and consultation to Business/Function CEO/CAO teams, Senior HR Advisor or HR Business PartnersPartner across the organization to deliver effective change management around broad-scale organization changes to roles, responsibilities and accountabilitiesQualifications:10+ years of Organization Design, Consulting and/or Financial Services experiencePractical working knowledge of organization designKnowledge and experience of using organization design specific tools and technologiesStrong analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong influencing skills at all levels of the organization, and ability to work in a large-scale complex environmentExperience supporting large-scale transformation programsAbility to build strong relationships as a trusted partner and work across senior management teamsStrong project management skills and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesConsulting experience is preferred, including a high tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and on-going changeExcellent PowerPoint and Excel skillsEducation:Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Human Resources ------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Talent, Development, Learning & Diversity ------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time ------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States ------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$149,600.00 - $224,400.00In addition to salary, Citis offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
