Change Management Communications Specialist

to spearhead the communication efforts for pivotal enterprise-wide projects. This role is instrumental in ensuring the success of the projects by developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy that informs, engages, and aligns stakeholders across the organization.

"Gauges" of Responsibility -Craft a robust and adaptable communications strategy tailored to the needs of enterprise-wide transformational projects.Ensure the strategy has robust change management components that will help lead the organization through this period of significant change.Define clear objectives, key messages, and success metrics for all communication and change efforts.Create and oversee the execution of detailed communication and change management plans, including timelines, content development, programmatic elements and distribution channels.Ensure consistent and timely delivery of project-related information across various platforms (email, intranet, newsletters, town halls, etc.).Develop high-quality communication materials, including presentations, FAQs, newsletters, videos, and other written and digital content that effectively convey the goals, progress, and benefits of the transformation.Tailor messages to different stakeholder groups, ensuring clarity and relevance.Engage with and support key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees, to foster understanding and buy-in.Organize and lead focus groups, workshops, and feedback sessions to gauge stakeholder sentiment and gather insights. Act as a change champion, promoting the value of the project and driving awareness throughout the organization.Address concerns and resistance proactively, providing support and resources to ease the transition.Track and report on communication effectiveness through surveys, analytics, and feedback mechanisms.Adjust strategies and tactics as needed based on evaluation results and changing project dynamics.Work closely with the Enterprise Program Management team, HR, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of communication efforts.Coordinate with external vendors or consultants if required for specialized communication needs.Develop and implement contingency plans for potential communication challenges or crises related to the projects.

QUALIFICATIONSAt least 5 years of hands-on experience within Communications Planning & Execution and Change ManagementProven track record of leading communication efforts for large-scale organizational change initiatives.Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.Strong project management and organizational abilities.Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms.Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable messages.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Strong analytical skills to assess communication impact and adjust tactics accordingly.Be a change catalyst capable of aligning strategy, people, process, and technology.Prosci certification a plus

Education RequirementBachelor's Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
