We are seeking a detail-oriented

Marketing Analyst

to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills with a passion for translating data into actionable insights that drive marketing strategy and business growth. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Email Marketing, social media platforms) to provide actionable insightsDevelop and maintain regular reports to track key marketing metrics and performance indicatorsIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform marketing strategies and decision-makingCampaign Analysis

Conduct post-marketing campaign analysis by collecting data from end-to-end marketing funnels and across various marketing channels (email, website, paid-media campaigns, advisor portal document downloads, and sales data)Draft meaningful insights and recommendations for future opportunities based on campaign analysisMarket Research

Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour, preferences, and market trendsAnalyze the competitive landscape and provide insights to help the marketing team position products and services effectivelyUtilize surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to gather customer feedbackData Visualization

Create compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate insights and trends to stakeholdersUse data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to build interactive dashboards and reportsEnsure visualizations are clear, concise, and tailored to the audience's needsCollaboration and Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and finance, to align marketing strategies with business objectivesPresent findings and insights to stakeholders, providing clear and concise recommendationsSupport the marketing team in strategic planning and decision-making processesWhat you need to be great in this role:Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related fieldProven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Data Science Analyst, or similar roleStrong analytical, data visualization and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data setsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical audiencesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, and VBA is an assetKnowledge of digital marketing channels, metrics, and best practicesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with data management and governance practices, including data cleansing, segmentation, and reportingMandarin language skills are an asset but not requiredReq Id: 10119#LI-PS1#LI-midseniorAbout OLIVER:
