Business Process Analyst (Publishing Background)

We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented technical Process Analyst. As a Process Analyst, you will independently identify,analyze, and improve technical business processes to maximize efficiency and productivity. With minimal daily supervision, youwill work closely with our internal and external engineering and technical teams to gather data, conduct process assessments,and implement changes to drive continuous improvement.The ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to effectivelycommunicate and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities1. Identify and document current business processes across engineering and technical departments.2. Conduct process assessments and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for increasedefficiency and effectiveness.3. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and defineprocess improvement goals and objectives.4. Develop proposals for implementing process changes, including workflow modifications, automation solutions, andsystem enhancements.5. Develop process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
Pay Range: $30 - 37/hr based on seniority.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering Management, or a related field.2. At least 5 years of direct experience as a Process Analyst or similar role, preferably mapping engineering, and/ortechnical processes.3. Strong understanding of business and technical processes and process improvement methodologies.4. Experience with value stream mapping, SIPOC, process automation and workflow management techniques.5. Certification in Business Process Management (BPM), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Lean SixSigma or similar process mapping and improvement methodologies is desired. (Preferred)
- Experience with Confluence and Jira- Experience coming from a Publishing background- Experience working in CRM and ERP environments.
