Marketing/Customer Service Agent

We are hiring a Marketing Representative for Magnet HR Group. This position will connect with small to mid sized businesses via phone calls, scheduling meetings for our sales team. If you are energetic and love talking to people, this role may be a good fit for you. You will work along side of our marketing team in a dynamic environment to achieve the goals of the organization. Starting hourly pay is $11.50/hour plus bonus potential.

Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm Central Standard Time

Job Description

*Call leads and prospects to generate interest in our services

*Schedule appointments for our outside sales team

*Paid training

•Standard business hours (Mon-Fri) No Weekends, Texas Central Standard Time Zone

Desired Skills and Experience

*Experience in Customer Service, B2B telemarketing, appointment setting, and/or inside sales helpful but not necessary- we will train the right candidate

*Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required

*Highly motivated and self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills

*Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

*Professional, friendly phone personality
