Position Summary:

Drive revenue growth through development and communication of long-term product strategies; working across all departments, throughout product lifecycle, to ensure staff and reps have the written documentation and technical tools to successfully establish products within the market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Product Marketing

Work closely with Marketing on new product release, including creation of collateral, webinars, and other internal/ external trainings.Be in-house competitor expert. Monthly review of competitors and update Sales team on new product.Identify product key selling points and ensure these are translated across collateral.Manage product sampling cycle, including creation of demo cases, sample case layouts, sample case order forms, and product sell sheet.

Technical Marketing

Works cross departmentally to manage creation of all technical product supporting documents, including assessing time needed by team to create documents and files, creating plan for creation of documents and files, and staffing team accordingly.Work closely with Engineering to deliver product spec sheets, install guides, and IES files.Perform technical reviews of product support documentation and materials.Support Sales team with tradeshows and enter sample orders internally for RCP and handhelds.Manage internal technical documentation and tools that service internal teams, including E-commerce data sets, internal part number sheets, and lead times.Storyboard product install videos.

Digital

Oversee technical documentation updates on Lucifer Lighting website, including but not limited to spec sheets, installation guides, photometric data, and other technical resources.Develop new content for Lucifer Lighting website, including but not limited to product pages, renderings, images, filters, and logic.Interact with website developers on upcoming tasks and designs to ensure implementation strategies provide optimal flexibility for internal editing of website CMS.Create product install animations.Manage creation and improvement of technical product shop drawings.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Highly technical, with the ability to distinguish key features of products

Expert abilities in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and ExcelProficient in adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopWorking knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, IES & Revit filesVery strong oral and written communication skillsFast-paced and energeticIndependent, self-starterRequired Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree preferably in a compatible discipline (Engineering, English, Marketing, Graphic Design)At least 5 years work experienceAt least 4 years experience in web content management system
