Business Development Pros (BDPros) is a B2B business development agency helping our clients grow in three main areas: sales, operations, and marketing. Our focus is on developing and executing repeatable, transferable processes that set our partners up for success even after our partnership has ended.In the operational, marketing, and sales support role we’re looking for a dynamic, hard worker who is willing to wear a lot of hats while learning a variety of industries and CRM systems. You will be responsible for supporting sales activities primarily by taking meeting notes/tracking projects, assisting with CRM administration (including list imports, list clean-ups, dashboard creations, and customizations), maintaining the company learning management system, and any other special projects/tasks, as assigned by the Director of Operations…you might even need to referee a game of ping pong!You will also work with the Director of Marketing to help drive revenue, pipeline growth, and brand awareness for BDPros as well as the clients we work with. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills. This role is heavily focused on email marketing, content creation, copywriting, and sales writing. There are some opportunities for analytics, strategy, and design, but the position involves a lot of writing and management of email campaigns.This is an in-person role in Milwaukee, WI.ResponsibilitiesTaking and distributing minutes during internal and client meetings.Data entry in multiple commonly used CRMs/Databases, including Zoho, Hubspot, and Salesforce (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)Managing databases and creating analytical reports to supply sales data to the client in a meaningful wayEverything lists/data! - scrubbing, importing, appending contact listsProvide sales support and/or work directly with designated sales staff to support specific clients.Coordinate and lead occasional company-wide trainings and maintain the companys learning management systemAssist with new employee training plansHelp develop live call, voicemail, and 1-to-1 email scripting for clientsDevelop content and strategy for targeted email campaigns.Help create lead magnets like white papers, articles, sales and marketing tools, etc.Help in the management of marketing collateral development, either in the creation of tools or in managing the outsourcing process.Write compelling content and edit and optimize posts for social media, blog, and web engagement and lead generationOther side projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations, Director of Marketing, and/or designated Account Manager(s).QualificationsValid drivers license and transportationProficient in Excel and WordExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf sufficient problem solverCustomer service and attention to detailAbility to log info in a CRM (prior experience preferred)Familiarity with email automation platforms (Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, and HubSpot preferred)Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce preferred)Social media management (LinkedIn and Facebook)Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Experience writing and sending prospecting emailsPrevious B2B marketing experience in manufacturing, creative services, SaaS, casinos, nonprofits, or finance/banking a bonusJob Type:
