Description

As our new Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing on projects and tasks related to attracting new sales prospects and retaining existing clients. This is an exciting full-time position that's perfect for a high-energy, achievement-driven individual who is proactive and enjoys being a part of a highly integrated marketing, sales and product team. This position has endless possibilities for growth, as we continue to invest more heavily in building out our marketing team. As our Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in advancing our company image, branding, website search rankings (SEO), lead generation, product and industry-related content, advertising, campaigns and communications in support of integrated company marketing goals.

This position requires experience and/or aptitude to learn tools and adopt responsibilities that support the creation of video and written content, marketing collateral, website landing pages, emails, social media management, event planning, design direction, CRM management and more. Experience with CRMs and marketing automation tools like Hubspot are a plus. Excellent written & oral communication skills are required, along with the ability to establish excellent working relationships with a wide variety of people, both inside and outside of B2E Solutions.

Roles/Responsibilities:Manage social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc)

Curate, develop and/or post new contentEngage with followersOptimize our social pagesReport on performanceDevelop and execute on a social strategy

HubSpot (CRM/marketing automation)

Set up and run email campaignsPost blogs and schedule emailsCleanse, update and import dataBuild system automation to support campaignsTrain and roll-out new HubSpot best practices to internal user teams

Manage and organize marketing events (ie: trade shows and company events)

Communicate with vendors/associations on event logistics and requirementsPlan events with internal staff including staffing of events, event materials, giveaways/prizes and morePrepare and deliver pre- and post-event communicationsSet the sales team up for success with excellent communication and organization prior to the eventIdentify new events to help with lead generation

Manage vendor/association relationships with key partners and membership groupsAssist with managing and communicating with third parties, like designers, SEO consultants and web developersMarketing campaign assistance

Participate in strategy developmentContent planning/developmentDatabase preparation/updatesEvent coordination/management (e.g. virtual roundtables or other lead-gen or client events)Campaign setup and execution in HubSpot

Develop/update marketing content and collateral such as:

Blog postsClient success stories/testimonialsAdvertising materialsProduct feature/sell sheetsClient newsletterClient bulletin board

Website updates using Wordpress or Hubspot (design and coding will be handled by a third-party)Website performance monitoring and optimization using analytic toolsRun paid media tests

Manage a third party or perform tests on your own

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

BA/BS or equivalent strongly preferredExperience with web analytics tools and conceptsExperience in writing and editing marketing contentExperience with web development toolsExperience with multi-media & video tools (i.e., Camtasia)Marketing experience in IT or software industries is a plus.Strong time management, organization and follow-throughExcellent oral and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
