Energy Marketer
located at our headquarters in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Job Responsibilities include:
Schedules and coordinates power generation output and outagesDevelopment of daily load profiles based on historical weather and load patternsReports of data to the Midwest Independent System Operator (MISO)Analyzes weather forecasts to integrate wind generation into daily and weekly plansManages the sale and purchase contracts of energyImplements load management strategies and proceduresPay range for this position begins at $79,830 per year. Appropriate compensation will be determined based on a candidate's skills, education, and any previous relevant experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Training
A degree in one of the following areas is required:Energy ManagementFinanceBusiness Administration/ManagementElectrical Technology (associates)Another closely related field
Experience
Experience in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs preferredExperience in Energy Marketing or Energy Management preferred
