Reporting directly to our Email and SMS Coordinator, you will create and optimize email campaigns, manage subscriber lists, analyze performance metrics, and ensure email deliverability and compliance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaigns, segment audiences, and deliver personalized and targeted content to our customer base. Your responsibilities include:Utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms to create and layout email designsDeveloping and executing comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, automated workflows, and lifecycle campaignsCollaborating with Buyers to define campaign objectives, target segments, and messaging strategies to maximize customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue generationCreating compelling email content, subject lines, and CTAs that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audienceManaging subscriber lists and segmentation strategies to ensure the right messages are delivered to the right customers at the right timeConducting A/B tests and analyzing email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rate, revenue attribution, etc.) to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvementMonitoring and maintaining email deliverability, compliance, and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulationsCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to create visually appealing and mobile-responsive email temples and landing pagesStaying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantageAdapting to any other email, SMS, or digital marketing tasks as neededNeed-To-Haves:Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing or related field

OR

equivalent working experienceKnowledge and experience designing across multiple digital media and platforms, preferably email and SMS channelsUnderstanding branding and style guidelines and following style restrictions; clean design senseStrong technology and Adobe Creative Suite experience, including UX design skillsExceptional attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to not only use metrics to spot successes/improvements, but strategize how to capitalize on themAbility to work with a high level of autonomy and take initiativeExcellent communication, planning, time management, and follow-through skillsNatural visual think ready to grow and take direction from creative leadershipLove-To-Haves:Basic HTML/CSS knowledge3-5 years of experience in modern eCommerce digital marketing experience, especially related to email and SMS campaignsPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer*Employment offers are contingent on a drug screen and background check.

Relocation to Grand Forks, ND is required.
