You have an eye for good design and layout—even if you're not a designer, you know what visually resonates with your audience. What You'll Do:
Build, optimize, and execute email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo (Sendlane experience a plus). Strategize and implement audience segmentation and personalization tactics to drive engagement and conversions. Collaborate with the design team and create email layouts using eye-catching visuals and on-brand creative. Write compelling, conversion-focused copy that aligns with each brand’s tone and mission. Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mostly design) to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives. Stay current with email marketing best practices, trends, and compliance regulations. What You Bring:
2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce or DTC brands. Proven experience with Klaviyo (Sendlane knowledge is a bonus). Strong understanding of segmentation, journey flows, and A/B testing. Sharp design sense and familiarity with layout tools (Figma, Canva, etc.) is a plus. Solid copywriting skills – from subject lines to CTAs, you know how to write with purpose (Extremely Important). Self-starter mentality – you can take a rough idea and turn it into a high-performing campaign. Comfortable working independently and communicating proactively in a remote setting. Bonus Points If You:
Have experience with SMS campaigns. You are familiar with Shopify or e-commerce integrations. Have a love for animals or a passion for mission-driven work. Compensation:
