Job Summary:

Essential Functions:
We are looking for enthusiastic power team members to perform in front of large crowds at home games. A power team member brings energy and enthusiasm to the fan experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong performer, highly charismatic, team player, and an exceptional ambassador of the Birmingham Barons.
Responsibilities:
Excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanlinessExcellent time management skillsStrong communication and problem solving skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to work in a high paced environmentAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to maintain a neat, clean & professional appearanceDuties:
Execute all between-inning contestsPerform on the dugout during the 7th inning stretchInteract with fans before, during and after the gamesDistribute promotional items before, during, and after gamesParticipate in marketing and promotional events outside of Regions FieldPerform in mascot suits related to game day entertainmentQualifications:
Previous marketing, entertainment, promotions or sales experience preferredPrevious experience in cheerleading, fitness, aerobics, dance or mascot preferredGeneral Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 25lbs up to 50lbsAbility to stand for up to 5+ hours during a gameAbility to work long hours, weekends & holidays
