What's This Internship All About?As the Sports Management Marketing Intern, you will be working directly with our talented and knowledgeable team assisting with day to day league operations, including customer service, partner relations, data management, marketing projects, and much more.
Training will include an overview of sales, business development, marketing, networking, operations and finance. Upon completion of the internship, it is our hope that the knowledge learned is one that provides great value and expertise towards future career endeavors in the sports industry, including the opportunity to be permanently hired from this position.

INTERNSHIP PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sports Operations
Assist with creation and planning of leagues, events, and tournamentsSupport the Sports Team with revenue projections and growth initiativesAssist with game reports, customer service inquiries, scheduling and data entryInventory and upkeep of sports equipment and shirtsDay-to-day ops preparations, such as field setup and supervisionAdministrative and clerical support for all departmentsEvaluate/audit leagues, tournaments, and eventsSports Marketing
Create digital marketing materials to promote upcoming leagues and eventsAnalyze social media analyticsCreate and post reels highlighting specific leagues or eventsEstablish and implement marketing campaigns specific to your intern classQualifications
Works well in a team atmosphereSelf-reliant and eager to take on any task - no matter how big or smallStrong customer service skillsCurrently enrolled in college or recently graduatedPunctual and professional, but embraces a "work hard, play hard" attitudeIdeal candidate
Passion for sports and social activitiesExcellent written and oral communication skillsSelf-directed leader who takes initiative and a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving; demonstrates a willingness to learn and improveComfortable with all types of clients and decision makers; able to put the customer first in order to best solve their problems
