We are looking for a Global Channel Marketing Program Manager to coordinate worldwide channel marketing programs, across the Americas, Asia Pacific, and EMEA regions. You will report to the Head of Global Partner marketing. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver successful partner marketing programs aligned with business goals across all types of partners, and which are driving ROI and partner-led sales pipeline. You will coordinate the channel marketing Global budget with geo leaders, provide ROI analysis between marketing and MDF spend. You will create a formal structure for the administrative process of corporate level partner events (Partner Advisory Council, Partner Advisory Forum). This includes agenda-setting with stakeholders, working with purchasing on venues to streamline contract negotiation with supporting vendors, and aggregating feedback and action items from the regional meetings. You will create a Global marketing dashboard with key channel marketing metrics to identify trends, challenges and supporting analysis to inform decisions. You will provide support of named Global system integrators (GSI), and MSSP Global campaign coordination to align our Global brand messaging and presence. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement scalable and globally relevant partner demand generation programs in collaboration with the regional field marketing teams to build pipeline, awareness, and engagement in support of partner sales growth, expanding market share, and pursuing pipeline targets. * Define and support the execution of the "partner to" strategy to increase awareness, market share and enablement of partner sellers, including promotional materials, webinars, presentations, and tools, tailored to different channel partners (Distributors, VARs, GSIs, MSP/MSSPs, etc.) and target audiences. * Support, as required regional to-partner marketing events, delivering superior event experiences to support partner recruiting, engagement, and mindshare. * Manage MDF budget and funds to ensure partner investments deliver pipeline and ROI. Monitor and analyze global partner performance metrics, provide regular reporting and insights, and make recommendations for optimization and improvement. * Consistently iterate and improve marketing programs through regular measurement, optimization and deep understanding of partners needs worldwide. * Stay informed about ecosystem partner industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem developments to identify new opportunities and best practices. Qualifications * 7-10 years of experience in channel marketing * Knowledge and experience with a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, including field marketing, digital marketing, and events. Proven track record of planning and executing partner demand generation and enablement programs. * Exceptional project management, organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and deliver campaigns on schedule. * Understanding of marketing across all different cultural dynamics across the regions. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Willingness to travel across the regions, as required. * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study. * Experience in cybersecurity is preferred. * Direct experience in a partner-centric organization responsible for channel marketing serving the mid-market...
