Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Analyst with a passion for enhancing customer experiences and a talent for aligning brand elements across collateral and digital experiences.

*** This is a fully remote position, however, looking for candidates to reside in the Milwaukee, WI footprint (or radius of an hour drive) due to traveling into the office for team meetings .

Responsibilities:

Develop content to support current and prospective customers and partners.Write, edit and review copy to align with brand voice and style guide.Work closely with the product development team to understand product features and enhancements.Provide input on website design and functionality from a marketing perspective to ensure it meets brand requirements, customer needs and expectations.Ensure that website updates are effectively communicated and that all website directions and collateral are in line with overall marketing strategies and objectives.Create project briefs in collaboration with marketing team and LOB stakeholders.Manage within deadlines and with attention to detail.Follow projects through all stages of development, review, approval and execution.Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, graphic design, web design, digital marketing, business, communications, or relevant field.3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing and online customer experience.Familiarity with UX/UI principles.Handles day-to-day challenges confidently and willing to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively as part of a dynamic team.Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.Computer proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office Suite programs, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.Familiarity with Workfront or other project management tool is preferred, but not required.

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000USD to $75,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
