Marketing Specialist - Designer

Description:We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create and manage digital and print designs for Custom Wheel Houses products and brand names. Graphic Designer responsible for managing design projects from concept to delivery. Responsibilities include managing graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas. You should have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques. Ultimately, an excellent Graphic Designer will ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.Key Job Responsibilities:Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographicsGenerating fresh conceptsAssist with day-to-day design projects and program activities, including images, graphics, print media, product design, displays, photography and video productions to assure messaging and look are successful communicated while deadlines are metEnsuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projectsUse your strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final productListen to design needs, come up with ideas and communicate them to other members of the teamMaintain high standards of quality and make sure only the best work is completedCollaborate across the organization to drive up standards of digital creativityHelping shape and communicate brand vision and missionSpecific Job Task Examples:Website - layout and design of campaigns, knowledge of Shopify platform, extensive knowledge of image batching, saving for web, animated GIFs, etcCampaigns - ideation and creative concepting, landing page design and layout, etcSocial media graphics, ads, templates, posts and stories, carousel design (organic and paid ads)Google ads and banners, digital banners for various campaigns and media partnersPosition Qualifications:Education:Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or equivalent experienceSoftware:High Level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, IllustratorExperience with Shopify, After Effects and email platforms is preferableExperience:3+ years of professional design experienceWork Environment and Physical Requirements:Office EnvironmentAbility to sit for long periods of timeVision abilities required to validate and enter data on computerMay occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
