About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to support our client supporting our clients 3 main teams in call center, Health Operations and Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and experience in developing and delivering training content. This role involves assessing current training programs, making recommendations for improvement, and ensuring the effectiveness of training for new hires and ongoing development needs.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop a project plan.
* Review existing training content and update it as necessary.
* Create and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development.
* Utilize PowerPoint and other tools to design and record training sessions.
* Ensure that training provided is effective and meets the team's goals.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
* Manage multiple training projects and deliverables.
SHIFT:
Mon-Fri 8am-5 pm CST

* Experience in the health insurance industry or a similar field.
* Knowledge of additional instructional design tools and software.
