Overview
Come join the Consumer Group’s Marketing Operations team as a Principal Tech-Enablement Marketing Manager, playing a crucial role to shape the direction and maturity of our marketing operations technology product roadmap. You will partner closely with product management and engineering as a key liaison and change agent to enable marketing platform scale with a focus on agility, speed and efficiency.

How you will lead:
Passion for working closely with technology product managers and engineers to drive platform maturity and scale delivering initiatives while improving Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Thoroughly understand and articulate capability requirements identifying key durable use cases
Drive cross-team alignment to validate technology requirements and prioritization narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest-impact levers balancing short and long business outcomes
Implement measurement to determine KPI lift on new features and sizing of operational debt
Design, manage and create training materials for new and existing internal tools maximizing adoption of capabilities including 3rd party marketing technology
Share marketing technology insights and best practices through research on emerging trends and platforms upleveling the marketing operations craft skills
Partner to build out a best in class content and pricing capability to support current and future needs of delivering relevant, targeted, and dynamic marketing to our customers
Partner to define process approach and recommend standards for the teams to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and achieve best in class personalization and experimentation
Leadership voice and excellent communicator: Guide both the team and leaders with broader stakeholders to ensure longer-term strategies meet near term deliverables while tracking ongoing and completed work for leadership reviews
How you will lead
What you'll bring:
7+ years of experience in marketing technology operations; in-depth knowledge and technical acumen on marketing automation, CRM, web authoring and content management systems, experimentation and personalization platforms and ecommerce/pricing technology
Experience with large partner ecosystems comprised of both internal and external solutions
Forward thinker of AI, machine learning and deep learning technologies to bring efficiencies to marketing operations
Champion for the user experience with deep customer empathy working directly with engineers Strong product management skills, including product and customer discovery techniques
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills developing executive-level presentations and business cases
Ability to design technology solutions providing actionable requirements and user flow diagrams
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, engineering, computer science, marketing or related field
Ability to manage a geographically-dispersed team in a highly matrix organization working across India and Pacific Time zones
