Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist II helps ensure PitscoEducations K-12 brand and products are effectively communicated and marketed in various digital formats and platforms, maintaining a consistent and professional appearance for all materials created to generate awareness, sustain recognition, and maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction. This position requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving as well as hands-on graphics digital production, distribution, assessment, and maintenance. These tasks are accomplished by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

Utilizing inbound marketing software and service platform (e.g., HubSpot) to create and execute digital content including landing pages, emails, newsletters, surveys, forms, blogs, and promotionsManaging strategy and maintenance of contact database in inbound marketing software and service platform (e.g., HubSpot, Shopify) and its integration with relationship management software (e.g., Salesforce) and web development platform (e.g., Web Admin)Developing and maintaining processes and systems for lead scoring, nurture campaigns and automated workflowsDesigning graphics and animations that support Pitscos digital marketing efforts (e.g., email, blog, social media, and web)Coordinating activities of Blog content contributors and executing planning, scheduling, and directing all copy and graphics needed for the Pitsco BlogPlanning and executing general promotionsMaintaining/updating materials to ensure they comply with the Pitsco identity including landing pages, templates, banners, online ads, widgets, and marketing-related web graphicsSupporting creation and distribution of Pitsco print and digital materials as neededAssisting Marketing team with brainstorming, marketing, and advertising strategiesAssisting in the creation and maintenance of annual Marketing calendarStaying current on industry-standard practices, tools (software), and trendsWorking closely with stakeholders and other departments/employees to ensure deadlines are met
