Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager leads efforts to grow awareness, influence, and loyalty among customers and prospects for the Pitsco Education brand. The Digital Marketing Manager develops, implements, executes, and oversees content, campaigns, and activities across digital channels. These tasks are accomplished by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

Creating and supporting the development of digital marketing assets including company online presence, email, video, and social media marketingWorking in conjunction with the Marketing team to oversee the development, management, and completion of the Pitsco Education digital content strategy

Overseeing social and social advertising strategy and execution including leading influencer marketing strategy, relationship development, and management

Maintaining and evolving the direct-to-consumer experience to drive online engagement, brand awareness, and revenue on company websites and through channel partners (e.g., Amazon)Providing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports giving detailed information regarding the effectiveness of digital marketing effortsOverseeing multiple projects including the day-to-day execution of the annual marketing planProviding coaching and direction for direct reports and cross-functional teams to help deliver on digital marketing strategic objectivesCollaborating with Web Development and vendor partners to test and implement innovations in our e-commerce infrastructureCollecting and analyzing industry and competitor intelligence and marketing trends relative to the companys digital strategy and deliveryContinuing education on the most relevant and effective marketing methods relative to digital marketing, including customer experience and interactionLeveraging marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing tasks and workflows this includes analyzing the success of leads handed over to SalesOverseeing the on-time planning and completion of Pitsco Video department projects
