Real Estate Marketing Assistant

Sarasota Home Specialists is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who has a passion for marketing, creative content, and brand awareness. We are looking for a talented, well-rounded Marketing Assistant to assist our team of agents and create content that matches our vision and brand guidelines. Current Projects include:

• Assist in producing social videos (reels, TikTok's, etc.) and posts • Get media and content of agents showing, touring communities, office life, etc. (Some after-hours may be required) • Instagram Reels • Listing Videos • Agent Profile/Feature Videos • Community Spotlights • New Construction Tours • All marketing creations to drive brand awareness Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience in Marketing • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms (Required) • Proficient in Adobe Premier and Photoshop (Preferred) • Previous Real Estate Marketing experience (Preferred) • Canva, pic monkey, Google Workspace Experience (Preferred) • Enjoys working with all types of people and is able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments accordingly • A self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication who is able to strictly meet all deadlines Compensation: $45,000+ Bonus
