Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist is integral to developing and executing marketing plans and programs that promote regional patient acquisition. This role involves the creation of marketing materials, social media assets, organizing community involvement, ensuring brand consistency and building relationships while maintaining our mission and core values.Key Competencies:- Coordinate and enhance the company’s social media presence across all platforms, including scheduling and publishing content that is aligned and uniform with established brands⁃ Assist with office-specific social media efforts⁃ Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing efforts⁃ Coordinate distribution of campaign communication through social platforms, email, and text campaigns⁃ Bring new ideas to optimize marketing efforts and leverage best practices, tools, and templates to create a consistent brand through the patient experience⁃ Discover, plan, coordinate, and execute weeknight and weekend event involvement to drive engagement with local communities⁃ Performs additional duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective functioning of departmentRequirementsBachelor’s degreeInnovative, creative, and collaborativeProficiency in Canva Suite, Meta Business SuiteStrong critical thinking and problem solving skillsEffective planning, organizing, designing, and communication skillsExperience with social media advertising platforms (i.e. FB, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)Weekend and evening availability for marketing eventsExcellent written, verbal, and proofreading skillsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others to deliver successful initiativesNo barriers to start and end timeReliable transportation and ability to travelBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insurance
