MEDIA CONTENT MANAGERYou will be instrumental in driving our brand presence, enhancing our digital footprint, and crafting compelling proposals to support our business development efforts.MEDIA CONTENT MANAGER KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSocial Media ManagementDevelop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive community and adding value to the user experience.Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet KPIs and goals.Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, applying them to enhance our strategies.Website ManagementOversee the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging.Collaborate with designers and developers to update website design, functionality, and user experience.Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings.Monitor website analytics and performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize user engagement and conversions.Manage content updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns on the website.Proposal WritingResearch, write, and edit compelling proposals, RFP responses, and other business development materials.Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and insights for proposal content.Ensure all proposals are tailored to the client's needs and highlight the company's value proposition and strengths.Maintain a library of proposal templates and standard materials to streamline the proposal development process.Manage proposal timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality submissions.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media management, website management, and proposal writing.Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.Proficient in website management tools and CMS (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.Social Media Management: Content creation, engagement strategies, analytics, trend analysis.Website Management: CMS proficiency, SEO knowledge, user experience optimization, analytics.Proposal Writing: Research, content development, editing, client-focused writing.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompetitive salary starting at $65,000.00 per yearPerformance bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement savings plan with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor's (Required)Experience:Social media management: 3 years (Required)Proposal writing: 3 years (Required)SEO tools: 3 years (Required)Website management: 3 years (Required)Ability to Commute:Slidell, LA (Required)Work Location: In person
