Position Summary:

The Part-Time Sales Marketing Specialists will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies that achieve our marketing and sales objectives. These roles require individuals who are fluent in various marketing channels, have strong analytical skills, and can demonstrate past success through metrics. Twenty-five hours weekly, flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create and execute marketing strategies that drive sales and meet company objectives.

Develop and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring engagement and growth.

Manage budgets for external marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Implement branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.

Create and manage email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to expand reach and influence.

Plan and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms.

Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure success and optimize strategies.

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and SEO best practices.

Twenty-five hours weekly, flexible schedule.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven track record of achieving sales goals, with the ability to discuss previous projects in metrics.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in social media marketing, branding, content marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, market research, paid media, and SEO.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite).

Flexibility to manage other clients while meeting the needs of our company.
