This role is responsible for driving the content calendar, planning and curation of content needs, developing channel strategies for multiple consumer journeys, developing key ambassador/influencer partnerships, identifying and reporting KPIs, and the continued optimization of effective channel marketing strategies.Lead digital content and community-building strategies in channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, email, etc.Under the strategic direction of the VP Marketing, drive planning and execution of brand ambassador/influencer and industry thought leader initiatives. Seek out and build relationships with content creators aligned with Klein objectives.Manage email campaign planning and execution as part of an integrated channel marketing strategy, incorporating other channels to strategically grow the CRM database with target audiences.Responsible for ensuring the channel content calendar is complete and visible to cross-functional partners. Collaborates with Product Marketing teams to ensure key initiatives and new product launches are prioritized within calendar planning.Leads development, curation, and execution of content to attract, engage, and retain visitors and promote sales, encompassing multiple consumer journeys in various stages.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing, sharing with cross-functional teams to influence and impact evolving strategies.Monitor and report on key metrics and analytics to evaluate the performance of channel marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
